The salt is separated by filtration to remove ammonium chloride, hydrolyzed and precipitated by filtration, filtered, dried, calcined and pulverized at not less than 100 °C, and the hydrolysis condition directly affects the particle size, shape and cohesion of the product. The method can produce ZrO2 with uniform particle size and shape and single structure.
