The ambient temperature and the holding time at high temperature are important external factors for the complete sintering of the green body. The larger the lattice energy in the crystal, the stronger the ion bonding, the more difficult the diffusion of ions, and the higher the sintering temperature required. The various crystals are combined differently, so the sintering temperatures are also very different, even if the sintering temperature of the same crystal is not a fixed value. With the increase of the ambient temperature and the prolongation of the holding time, the material particle migration and diffusion is sufficient, the green body shrinks continuously, and the bulk density is continuously improved. Generally, the performance parameters such as the porosity, the density, and the mechanical strength of the green body are changed, and the temperature at which the solid body tends to be stabilized is referred to as the sintering temperature. The holding time at the highest temperature is called the holding time. When the ambient temperature value exceeds a certain limit, the bulk density and mechanical strength of the green body do not increase and fall, which is called over-burning. The above temperature range is often referred to as the firing temperature range. If the firing temperature is less than that, the holding time will be longer and the raw material will be burnt. If the firing temperature is too high, or the baking temperature is too long, the polishing time will be excessively extended, which will cause coarse grains, decrease in bulk density, etc., resulting in sintering. Since the mechanical strength of the body is lowered, it is important to determine the firing curve system such as the firing temperature and holding time of the product in the case of stabilizing the compounding process.
