Zirconia ceramic furnace body is a detachable 3-section combination, and the furnace body is installed on site and spliced. The kiln is factory-made into a group and the user is quickly installed on site, and the kiln splicing time takes only one day. Furnace shell steel structure: It adopts split structure and is welded by 8# channel steel, 6# and other corner steels and 3mm steel plate. The bottom frame is made of channel steel. The positioning cone pin connection is designed between the butt furnace shells to keep the bottom of the butt joint flat. The two sides of the kiln are decorated with high-quality cold-rolled sheets and folded edges. The electric kiln is beautiful, generous and clean. The kiln workbench is designed to push the plate to position the baffle. The access table is 800mm wide. The working length of the kiln is 1.5M, and the roller is designed in the middle. Six exhaust ports are arranged at the top of the furnace inlet to the second temperature section to discharge the burned exhaust gas, and the amount of exhaust gas can be adjusted. The chimney structure adopts an outer steel pipe, and the ceramic pipe is arranged inside, and the diameter is 20, so that the kiln product can be preheated at a low temperature to prevent cracking of the product. The exhaust gas volume is adjusted by a multi-point positioning butterfly valve, and the exhaust pipe height is 280 mm. There are 8 exhaust chimneys in the cooling zone, and the size of the exhaust gas can also be adjusted. 14 air intake pipes are provided to improve the temperature uniformity and the cooling rate.
