Polishing, as its name implies, is the process of grinding the surface of the semi-finished product calcined by the kiln to make the surface have a certain degree of gloss, and the product is shaped in this process. It needs to control the cutting amount. The amount of cutting depends on the product. The permeation tile is usually about 0.6 mm, and the gloss of the polished product is required to be above 95 degrees.
Defects in production are mainly diagonal lines, flanges, uneven gloss or lack of light, chipping, chipping. In addition to conventional polishing, a soft polishing process has appeared in recent years.
